| Brian graduated from Solanco High School in 1992 and with honors in 1996 from Northland College
in Ashland, Wisconsin with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Psychology. He worked for RR Donnelley from 1996 to 2004,
and came to NTI Group in 2004 as the first employee, where he works in the Group market. His responsibilities include managing the workflow of new business and renewals through the application process. |

| Duane Feagley was born in Huntingdon, PA and has lived in Camp Hill for the past 7 years. Duane graduated with a degree in Communication Journalism and Public Relations from Shippensburg University. Prior to embarking on a career marketing health insurance, Duane spent more than 20 years in non-profit management and government affairs. His responsibilities included providing association sponsored health programs to his members. |

Hyman was born in Charlotte, N.C. and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University of PA
Business Administration. His work experience includes Human Resources and Operations Management, corporate
production planning, staffing, and retail operations. Hyman was formerly the Vice President of Communications
for American Marketing Association (AMA) and also earned his Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma.
Married with three children, Hyman enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, traveling to Mexico, golf, and spending time
with friends and family. It is important to Hyman that his business relationships with his clients are
a win-win situation that result in a positive bottom line for the insured. |

| Jim served 6 years in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. After receiving his college
degree he worked 24 years in a manufacturing environment as a programmer analyst before going into marketing
and sales for a retirement community. This led him to a more independent position as a health broker/agent
for the NTI Group which he really enjoys. Jim has been supported by his wife for forty-one years, has
two grown sons and three grandchildren. He stays healthy by eating right, jogging regularly and being
thankful for each new day. |

| John was born in Long Beach, California yet grew up in south central Pennsylvania. Graduating from Dover Area High School he attended Millersville University before leaving his studies for a career in insurance. With 12 years experience, John’s responsibilities include working with new groups to assist them with all facets of their employee benefits needs. |

| Leslie was born in Hamburg, Germany, raised on Long Island, NY and has lived in the Lancaster area since 1998. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a minor in French from Bloomsburg University. Leslie began her career in the mortgage industry in 1998. After receiving her investment licenses in 2002, she became a financial planner at a national bank. In 2007, she earned the nationally accredited Certified Financial Planner designation. Leslie joined Beacon Mortgage/Cole Taylor Bank in 2008 to focus her attention on residential and commercial mortgage origination. |

| Linda is originally from the Philadelphia area but moved to Lancaster County at an early age. Her oldest son just started college, which is quite an adjustment for her. Both her sons are very active in the local chapter of the PA DeMolay Organization, which also keeps her very busy. Linda has a BS in Elementary Education from Millersville University. One of her passions has always been to find ways to help people of all ages. Starting a career in insurance has helped her to fulfill that passion. |

| Lissa moved back to Lancaster, PA from Florida several years ago, where she and her husband lived after cruising the Intra Coastal Waterway on their sailboat. While in Florida, she started her own business, offering administrative services to professionals who needed part-time help. Lissa has a background in psychology, counseling and program administration. This background and her varied life experiences, make a perfect fit for problem solving and customer service, which is one of her main responsibilities at NTI Group. Since getting her insurance license several years ago, she also provides Group Ancillary products (including dental, vision, life and disability insurance) to NTI’s business clients. Lissa is married, with one child, several step-children and grandchildren. |

Mike Miller was born and raised in Allentown, Pennsylvania and has lived in Lancaster for the last six years. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business and Finance from Temple University. Post graduation, Mike managed billing operations for 30 emergency room physician practices on the East Coast. He decided he could better use his knowledge of finance to help business owners and families create a financial roadmap that would help them get from Point A to Point B in everyday life. He became an advisor in 2003 and recently earned an esteemed designation in the field of financial planning. Mike and NTI Group have been working collaboratively to help provide clients with comprehensive financial and insurance solutions. |

Nicolette “Nikki” Graybeal has been a Lancaster County resident for 30 years, and has been licensed in the insurance industry for 18 years. She lives in Lancaster with her husband, 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. Nikki is an accomplished Sales Representative with Silpada Designs Jewelry, serves on the board as Vice President of Marketing for ABWA Women @ Work Express Network, and volunteers for the American Heart Association’s “Go Red For Women” luncheon. She enjoys spending time with her family, photography, fitness and expanding her social circle. |

Phil Rickenbach began his insurance career after graduating from Penn State University in 1988 at USF&G in Harrisburg. With over 22 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting in both the insurance company and agency side he has formed the Property and Casualty Division with William Tell. Scott spent the bulk of his professional career involved in the turnaround of small manufacturing companies where he became familiar with impact of employee benefits on the bottom line. Married with one child, Scott and his wife, Lisa, are avid golfers. |

| William Tell grew up in Lancaster County, graduating from Villanova University
with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He took an engineering position in his family's
manufacturing business. After eight years of experience in engineering and operations, he left the
company for his own venture into the world of insurance sales. William and his wife, Stephanie, founded NTI Group in 2002. |
